Project enquiries
The guided enquiry asks what you want to improve, the area needing help, where things stand today, and your preferred timing. One extra detail is optional. Your name and email are collected at the end. The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to proceed, discuss a potential engagement.
Enquiries are sent to the configured inbox through Resend, together with an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide. The portfolio does not create an account or store a separate enquiry database. Your message may remain in the recipient’s email records and the email provider’s delivery records. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.
Spam prevention
The form uses server-side validation, a hidden spam field, and request rate limiting. For rate limiting, the server uses a keyed hash of the request’s IP address as an identifier in Upstash. The configured limit window is one hour. The raw IP address is not included in the enquiry email by this application.
Site analytics
Site analytics are not enabled. Hosting and third-party services may process operational records under their policies.
Theme preferences
Your chosen light or dark theme is stored in your browser’s local storage. It is used only to remember the display preference on this site. You can remove it by clearing site storage.
Demonstrations and external links
The guided demonstrations use fictional, curated data. They make no live model calls and perform no external actions. External websites, including LinkedIn and project websites, have their own privacy practices.
Questions and removal requests
You can email Paul to ask about an enquiry you submitted or request its removal from his email records. The response will explain what can be removed and any records that need to be retained for an ongoing engagement.
