The problem
Organizations can be enthusiastic about AI without knowing which initiative is ready to build. A score alone does not establish what to do next, who owns it, or which organizational gap will prevent success.
My role
Through Artebello, I develop the readiness consulting approach and its supporting assessment platform. The work connects assessment, advice, implementation planning, and software engineering. The platform is live at artebello.pro and continues to evolve.
The framework
The approach examines business, people, process, data, technology, and governance. Those pillars are connected: a strong technology stack cannot compensate for information with no clear owner, and a valuable use case still needs a workable process.
Important decisions
- Evaluate a concrete workflow rather than technology enthusiasm.
- Prioritize gaps that block an intended use case.
- Turn the findings into an ordered implementation roadmap.
- Give each recommendation an owner and an observable completion condition.
What the work demonstrates
The documented consulting approach is Assess → Advise → Build → Scale. Its purpose is to support a practical decision rather than imply a proprietary score has been independently validated. The portfolio uses a conceptual system view rather than reproducing a client assessment report.
