The problem
Construction teams manage recurring assessments, inspections, and operational documentation. Disconnected documents make it difficult to connect a record to its context and keep a process consistent.
My role
My CV identifies The Contractors Toolbox among the SaaS platforms in my product portfolio. Recent project discussions describe a completed initial compliance phase and planning for a broader project and site management expansion.
Delivered and proposed scope
The recorded initial phase covers RAMS, COSHH, and vehicle, plant, and equipment inspections. Proposed expansion includes project workspaces, reusable digital forms, quality records, RFIs, inductions, and collaboration.
Those expansion features are planned scope, not claims of delivered functionality. This distinction matters when demonstrating the project.
Architecture decisions
A reusable form and record model can support different document types without turning every template into an unrelated application feature. Permissions, review state, attachments, and project context need to remain connected.
The system view on this page illustrates that product architecture concept. It is not a screenshot of a client workspace.
What the work demonstrates
This project supports my experience translating business processes into application workflows and extending a SaaS product in stages. No time-saving or adoption figure is claimed without supporting records.
