The problem
Capturing a task, arranging an event, saving an idea, or drafting a message can interrupt the work someone is already doing. Nobot brings those activities into a voice-first productivity interface with focused AI tools.
My role
I work on product development and AI mobile engineering for Nobot, connecting natural-language input to useful application workflows. The product has public Android and iOS releases under Orion Omnis.
The released experience
Nobot's public listings describe voice-created tasks, reminders, calendar planning, notes, email drafting, transcription, prompt assistance, and content generation. Supported integrations include calendar access and Microsoft To Do. The product connects spoken intent to specific activities rather than treating every request as an open-ended chat.
Important decisions
- Give each productivity workflow an understandable destination and state.
- Connect voice input to structured tasks, notes, and calendar information.
- Keep account access, permissions, and integration boundaries part of the experience.
- Treat generated drafts as editable material and distinguish preparation from execution.
Live product and continuing work
Nobot is live, with the released experience linked above. Proposed arbitrary cross-app orchestration is a separate area of exploration: this profile does not claim that every app can be controlled autonomously. A live product can continue developing new capabilities without presenting its roadmap as completed work.
The public listings provide release evidence. No download totals, time-saved percentages, or private user content are reproduced in this case study.
